Hey, I'm Ash
Photographer, videographer, beach girl, professional hype woman, and the kind of person who will absolutely fix your hair, gas you up, and cry during your vows all in the same day.
I’ve had a camera in my hand since I was 14 years old, and somewhere between beach sunrises, road trips with friends, and forcing my sister to model for me, storytelling became second nature.
These days, I document people in a way that feels honest, vibrant, emotional, and alive — whether it’s your wedding day, your graduation, your growing family, your business, or just a season of life you never want to forget.
Based on the coast of North Carolina with salty hair, sandy car floors, an iced chai addiction, and my aussie named Bindie Blu always close by.
I’m so glad you’re here.

A little more about me...
I got my first camera when I was 14 years old and immediately started dragging my sister outside to model for me while I recreated photos I found on Pinterest. My friends and I spent weekends driving around looking for cool locations — old buildings, hidden streets, and textured walls — just so we could take pictures of each other for fun back when Instagram was actually about photography.
For a while, though, I tried convincing myself I was supposed to follow a more “normal” path.
I moved away to Raleigh for college and spent years feeling completely torn between what I thought I should do and what genuinely made me come alive. While everyone else seemed certain about their future careers, I couldn’t stop thinking about photography, creativity, and the feeling that I was missing the life I was actually meant for.
The more I ignored that feeling, the more lost I became.
Eventually, I stopped trying to force a version of life that didn’t fit me.
And honestly? That changed everything.
Little by little, photography turned from the thing I loved into the thing that built my life. One opportunity led to another. One booking became ten. What started as a creative outlet slowly became a business that now allows me to document some of the most meaningful moments in people’s lives.
And I still don’t think I’ve fully wrapped my head around how lucky I am to do this.
Outside of photography, my life is usually filled with beach volleyball, church on Sundays, long walks with my aussie Bindie Blu, shell hunting, CrossFit, snorkeling, sunset drone flights, spontaneous travel plans, and quality time with the people I love most.
My faith is a huge part of my life. It shapes the way I see people and the way I approach this work. I believe people are beautifully created exactly as they are, and I hope every person who steps in front of my camera leaves feeling confident, celebrated, and fully themselves.
At the end of the day, I’m just incredibly grateful.
Grateful for the people I get to meet.
Grateful for the stories I get to tell.
Grateful that this girl with a camera somehow turned her dream into real life.
And I truly can’t wait to tell your story too.
